- Provide day-to-day functional support for SAP Ariba SLP, Sourcing and Contract Management, resolving user issues and service requests.
- Configure and maintain Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP) templates — Request, Registration, Qualification and Preferred Supplier.
- Support Guided Buying users with troubleshooting, day-to-day queries and error resolution.
- Assist Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC) activities — supplier enablement, PO / ASN / OC / GRN handling and invoice processing.
- Monitor failed payloads in the CIG Transaction Tracker and coordinate reprocessing with the functional team.
